This Privacy Policy explains how ACEE Ventures LLC ("ACEE," "we") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the ACEE Space website (acee.space).

- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer, timestamps) retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for operational purposes.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers in v0.3. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated and a cookie banner will be displayed.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and reservation requests.
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To plan, deliver, and document space missions.
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, refund notifications, mission updates).
- To send marketing communications only with explicit opt-in; you may unsubscribe any time.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, anti-fraud, sanctions screening).

5. Data Retention
- Form submissions and inquiry data: 24 months, then anonymized or deleted.
- Payment records: 7 years (US tax requirement).
- Server logs: 30 days, retained by Vercel per its policy.
- Marketing email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
6. International Transfers
ACEE is a US company. By using the service, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. For EU/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards with our processors.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted access to systems, and reliance on PCI DSS Level 1 compliant processors (Stripe) for card data. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
ACEE Space services are intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers and posted on this page with an updated effective date.
